Thank you for your interest in Farm to School! This toolkit was created by the Gretchen Swanson Center for Nutrition. Designed to serve as a resource for Nebraskans, we hope anyone, anywhere who is interested in Farm to School will find the information useful as more schools across the country see value in serving local foods in their cafeterias.

How To Use This Toolkit

For many, the most challenging aspect of Farm to School is knowing where to start. You may already know that incorporating more local foods into cafeteria meals could be a really good thing for your school district, but how do you get involved and make it happen where you live?
